Play ideas by age: how gugiboard grows with your child from 0 to 7

gugiboard is designed for children from 0 to 7 years old. The same boards can be enjoyed in very different ways depending on age. Here is a simple guide.
0 to 12 months: look and listen
Babies enjoy watching colors, lights and movement while held by an adult. Tap for them on Colored Light Bulbs or Sounds and describe what happens in a soft voice. Short, calm moments are enough.
1 to 2 years: tap and discover
Toddlers start tapping on their own. One-tap Baby Games like Pop the Bubbles and Turn On the Lights give an immediate result and a celebration. Name everything: “bubble”, “light”, “lion”.
2 to 4 years: drag, draw and match
Fingers become more precise. Drag shapes, feed the monkey, draw with a finger on Colors and match colors in Baby Games. Ask simple questions: “Which one is big?”
4 to 7 years: letters, numbers and stories
Older children can explore the alphabet in two languages, count with Numbers, follow routines in Tiny House and retell rescue stories. Invite them to explain what they did and teach a younger sibling.
At every age: together and short
Whatever the age, play works best with an adult nearby and in short sessions balanced with movement, books and outdoor play.
