Open your mouth, Count the fingers and Simon says in Gugihands

Gugihands logo, learning with gestures and voice

Some Gugihands games use the whole face and body. They turn simple actions, like opening the mouth or raising fingers, into playful learning.

Open your mouth

A real fruit photo travels a long arc toward a cartoon face. When the child opens their mouth, the fruit flies into the face’s mouth and is eaten with a happy sound.

Gugi speaks only every third bite, so the game keeps moving without constant talking.

Count the fingers

Large numbers and dots ask the child to show one to five fingers. The camera counts the raised fingers and celebrates the right answer.

This links the symbol, the quantity and the body, a powerful way to learn early numbers.

Simon says

Gugi asks for actions with big pictures: raise a hand, smile, show a thumbs up and more. Actions do not repeat back to back.

Simon says never asks for hands together, so playing never sends the child out of the game by accident.

Find the color

A colour game asks the child to find and point at the right colour, practising colour names in the chosen language.

All games explain their gestures and voice options at the start.

Try it today

Open gugiboard, choose Gugihands and tap “Tap to start”. Allow the camera and microphone once, then let Gugi explain the gestures before you begin.

Every lesson and game can be reached with pointing, the red finger pointer, a thumbs up or simple voice commands, and bringing both hands together always returns Home.
