The Gugihands magic camera: gestures that rain emojis

Gugihands logo, learning with gestures and voice

The small live picture in the corner of Gugihands opens into a large, playful camera. It shows the child clearly and rewards every gesture with a falling emoji.

Open the big camera

Tapping the small live video opens it large on the screen. An X button, or tapping again, closes it. No mask covers the child’s face in this view.

The same camera keeps running, so lessons and games continue normally afterwards.

Emoji confetti

Thumbs up, open hand, fist, pointing, peace, love sign, hands together, an open mouth or a smile each create an emoji exactly where it happened. It pops in, spins and falls with gravity.

Many emojis can fall at once, which makes children experiment with every gesture they know.

Learning by experimenting

Seeing the gesture name appear helps children connect a movement to its meaning, the same gestures used to control Gugihands.

Ask your child to make a gesture and guess which emoji will appear.

Buttons for more fun

Large buttons at the bottom open Magic Lens and Characters. They can be chosen with the finger pointer, a gesture or by voice.

Bringing both hands together returns Home from the camera too.

Try it today

Open gugiboard, choose Gugihands and tap “Tap to start”. Allow the camera and microphone once, then let Gugi explain the gestures before you begin.

Every lesson and game can be reached with pointing, the red finger pointer, a thumbs up or simple voice commands, and bringing both hands together always returns Home.
